Spray painter — Ripley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter in Ripley County, Indiana. You will work in a paint and spray workshop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
