Solid plasterer — Westchester County

Join our team: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Westchester County, New York. Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Your main tasks: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
