Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors.
