Powder coater wanted in Marshall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Marshall County, Mississippi. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends.
