Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Clarke County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 2+ years on the tools preferred.
