Vacancy available: waiter (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Will County, Illinois. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
