Machine operator (earthworks) — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Fayette County, Ohio. You will work in an open-cast quarry. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site On the job you will handle: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
