Lorry driver — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in Washington County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
