Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Full-time, day shift.
