Chef de partie — Panola County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Panola County, Mississippi. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off.
