Kitchen cook wanted in Gallatin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Gallatin County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
