The role involves: • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times Requirements: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
