Fry cook — Cleburne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Cleburne County, Arkansas. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
