Now hiring: we are hiring a tile fixer in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a residential construction site. The role involves: • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
