Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Lere, Kaduna State. The job is at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square 4+ years on the tools preferred.
