Sample machinist — Gibson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sample machinist in Gibson County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
