Bread baker • Harding County, South Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Harding County, South Dakota. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred.
