Fry cook — York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in York County, Maine. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
