Power float operator wanted in Pickens County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power float operator in Pickens County, Georgia. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
