Panel welder — Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Wayne County, Iowa. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
