Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
