Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Oxford County, Maine. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Full-time with occasional weekends.
