Fabrication workshop technician — Pettis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Pettis County, Missouri. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Rotating shifts. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
