The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
