Immediate opening: mason's helper (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mason's helper in Bell County, Texas. You will work on a residential housing site. The role involves wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Rotating shifts.
