Press operator — Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in Marion County, Oregon. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout The role involves: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
