Furniture maker — Comanche County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Comanche County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
