Scullery hand — Anaocha

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Anaocha, Anambra State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Full-time, day shift.
