Machine operator (earthworks) — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Washington County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
