Catering cook — Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Greene County, Missouri. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off.
