Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Shawnee County, Kansas. You will work at a busy press shop. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
