Sheet metal press operator — Camden County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Camden County, New Jersey. The job is at an auto components factory. The role involves: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred.
