Scullery hand • Edwards County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Edwards County, Kansas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
