Retail butcher wanted in Campbell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Campbell County, South Dakota. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
