Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Webster County, Nebraska. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 1+ years on the tools preferred.
