We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Riverside County, California. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
