Coating plant operator wanted in Smith County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Smith County, Texas. You will work on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
