Automotive refinish painter — Lawrence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Lawrence County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
