Foundry worker — Choctaw County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry worker in Choctaw County, Alabama. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. On the job you will handle: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
