Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Your main tasks: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances Rotating shifts.
