Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
