Short order cook — Chambers County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Chambers County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
