Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
