Acoustic insulation fitter — Hall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Hall County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
