System scaffolder — Union County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Union County, Illinois. You should have: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment The role involves plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
