Vertical transportation technician — San Patricio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in San Patricio County, Texas. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
