Gantry crane operator — Harrison County

Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Harrison County, Iowa. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day to day you will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
