Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Luce County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
