Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Coos County, Oregon. The role involves topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
