Lift erector — Floyd County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Floyd County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Meals and transport allowance provided.
